About This Lesson

The music is bumping, your heart is pumping and there is no where to run but to the next exercise…the SWEAT Method is for those looking to do just that….SWEAT!!!  This high intensity, non-stop, cardiovascularly demanding class, will challenge even the most conditioned of fitness enthusiasts.  This 50 minute class will take you through a myriad of cardiovascular exposures, from biking, sprinting, treadmill running, rowing and many more, as the health & fitness specialist causes your heart rate and caloric expenditure to remain high in a safe and effective manner.  Like all other methods, this particular one can be customized and adapted for a fitness enthusiast of any level!

The Instructor

JOSEPH BECKERT

Joseph has a vast array of experience in several different fitness and athletic platforms. He is certified through the National Strength & Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Titleist Performance Center, as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and as a Golf Fitness Specialist.
