About This Lesson

Our H.I.I.T. and SWEAT Methods have a deep allegiance to cardiovascular development. In order to effectively compliment the energy demands of these protocols, we have launched our muscular development method, SCULPT.  The SCULPT Method is for those looking to maximize their fitness and conditioning by unleashing the untapped strength from within.  This 50 minute class will bring you through an array of resistance exercises that focus on injury and overuse prevention methods, while simultaneously leaning out the body to give that fit look.  The class is completely customizable to the individual as the health & fitness specialist can monitor, adapt, and adjust the daily program to fit the needs and limitations of any client.

The Instructor

NICHOLAS SERIO

Nicholas is currently a Ph.D. Candidate for Psychology of Human Performance. Nicholas has over 8 years of experience in the health and fitness field and is current certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, National Academy of Sports Medicine, and the Titleist Performance Center as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist, and a Golf Fitness Specialist.
